Vantage Frame's architectural and editorial work is for the second kind — photographing finished projects for the builders, architects, developers and designers who created them. Composed rather than rushed, edited for true color and natural light rather than the bright MLS look, and delivered as a curated set that can carry a portfolio, a pitch, or a publication.
Who it's for
Builders & developers — completed projects, model homes, new construction, photographed for portfolio and marketing.
Architects — finished work documented for portfolio, awards, and publication.
Interior designers — rooms photographed as designed: styled, detailed, true to materials and palette.
The offer
Half-day project shoot — a single residence or project, one location.
Full-day project shoot — larger projects, multiple spaces or settings, or more than one location.
Pricing
Project photography is quoted per project, based on scope, locations, and how the images will be used.
Starting-at rates: Half-day projects from $1,250 · Full-day from $2,250 · Custom editorial from $3,750.
Every quote is confirmed in writing before the shoot — no package grid, no surprises.
Project terms: booked with a 50% retainer. Cancel 7+ days before: the retainer is held as credit toward a future project within 6 months (not refunded). Cancel inside 7 days: the retainer is forfeited.
What's included
Pre-shoot consultation — a call or walkthrough to plan spaces, light, and priorities.
The shoot itself — half-day or full-day on site.
A curated, editorially edited set — natural light and true color, selected and sequenced, not bulk delivery.
Detail and vertical compositions alongside wide frames.
Delivery sized for web, portfolio, and print.

Process
1. Consult — a short conversation about the project, the spaces that matter, timing, and what the images are for.
2. Shoot — half-day or full-day on site, scheduled around the project's best light and readiness.
3. Curated delivery — an edited, sequenced set delivered for review.
