How it works
1. Book online — choose your package and shoot time in the booking portal.
2. We shoot — staged, detail-rich coverage of the property.
3. Delivered fast — photos same or next day, video in 2–3 days.
Good to know
Currently booking within Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Union & Morris counties. Have a property outside our core area? Get in touch — we review those shoots case by case.
Turnaround: photos are delivered the same day or the next day. Video is delivered in 2–3 days depending on complexity.
Cancellation & reschedule: cancel or reschedule free with 48+ hours' notice. With 24–48 hours' notice, a $50 fee applies. With under 24 hours' notice — or if we can't get access on arrival — 50% of the package price applies. Weather reschedules for exterior work are always free. Rescheduling doesn't reset the clock: if a shoot is moved and later cancelled, the fee is worked out from the original shoot date. A second reschedule of the same booking carries a $50 fee.
